Although we have no copies of Mr. Armstrong's genealogy available for distribution, the following may be of interest.

Mr. Herbert W. Armstrong was the firstborn son of Horace Elon Armstrong, who was the firstborn son of Nathan Armstrong, who, in turn, was the firstborn son of Samuel Armstrong. Samuel Armstrong was married to Elizabeth Cope.

Through his great-grandmother Elizabeth Cope Armstrong, Mr. Armstrong traced his ancestry to King Edward I of England. The Cope family genealogy has been preserved by the Cope Foundation of Genealogical and Historical Research. We understand that they will provide information about the Cope family genealogy upon request.
